I'd like to encourage you to submit better bug reports in the future.

There is no where near enough infomation to actual help with your problem.

Please think to yourself, what kind of information whould I need if I were
trying to answer this question.


That said....

what system are you running this on?   Is this a linux box or a cygwin box?

Do you have the serial forwarder running?

If the serial forwarder isn't running you will definitely get a connection
refused because no one is listening on the port.

Have you gone through the tutorials that teach about how to do these kinds
of things...

You will have to build and install the SerialForwarder.   It lives in
support/sdk/c/sf.

The reset is left as an exercise for the student.
