Xiaohui: I have not seen this issue. Can you verify that RadioCountToLeds works? It's essentially the same application that you describe, with 250ms delay instead of 100ms in your case.
Can you put together a simple application that demonstrates this "freezing" behavior? I'd be more than happy to take a look at it.
