Hey, I presume you are new to the field of Wireless Sensor Networks.
The experiment you are suggesting is a textbook multihop communication and you can easily do it once you have thorough knowledge of TinyOS. Guessing you have already installed TinyOS in your System, i'd suggest you to go through the various tutorials like BlinkToRadio, Sense and other already available applications in TinyOS. Once you are comfortable with tinyOS, you will be able to do the experiment yourself with ease.
