I have Googled for solution and it appeared that it was because of some
timestamping issues. I have now solved it using the touch command.

Eric,
I cant follow, I am using the same command .i.e. make z1 install ..., this
believe that every thing related to host, build and target is all there or
should be handled by the bsl command. Please elaborate answer.
