Dear Chengwu,

You do not specify if you need check it in real time or it can be still useful 
for you to do it off line. As for the latter, we faced a similar problem time 
ago in my lab and we end up checking the power consumption and adding small 
bits of code in the communication modules which let us switch on and off one 
LED appropriately. All that was monitored with an osciloscope. You may find
