Hi, Thank you for your reply. I am making a senior design project part of which is that the MDA300 should be able to detect voltage fed through one of its channels.
After looking at other projects, I decided on using XSENSORMDA300 to detect the voltage. This is how I went about achieving the task 1) First I attached micaz and MDA300 to the programming board MIB520. 2) Then I uploaded XSENSORMDA300 using Programmer Notepad's using the command "make micaz intall,0 mib510,com3" (My computer has assigned COM 3 and COM 4 to MIB520). I am trying to view the results through UART. 3) Then I used Cygwin Shell to lauch XSERVE and tried to read values. This is the command I entered. " xserve -r -p -c -s=com4 " 4) I get the following result: " Opening serial device: /dev/ttyS3 @ 57600 " 5) But then nothing happens. I have to enter " Ctrl+C" to cancel the execution of command. Can you please tell me why this is happening. I have used different com ports but I am not getting XSERVEMDA300 results. Thank you, Muhammad Asad
