Not exactly a Jammer, but if you configure your motes to communicate on one of the channels that intersect 802.11 (at least in the US) which are the higher channels, you can generate WIFI traffic that will interfere with your ZigBee traffic. Transmitting larger packets between motes will take longer and be more likely to be interrupted.
