Hi Christian, In my experience at least, tracking down problems with ACKs has been phenomenally difficult. I have no direct advice but a couple of suggestions:

Perhaps someone more knowledgeable than me should comment on this, but my understanding is that this is very unlikely because of the nature of the design. I believe the FIFO is emptied as it is read.
