The problem is that If I receive "encrypted" frames (radiocountToLeds1 with HW security) with a tkn154 packet sniffer (without HW security) I get plain text, so I guess the encryption isn't done correctly. And if I try to decrypt with a basestation but with a different key than the sender, the result is also plain text.
