okay.

i don't know about that document.  I also haven't worked with cygwin
installs in a very long time.   I kept running into problems and switched
over to Ubuntu/Linux because it works better in my opinion.

executing "sh install.sh" is supposed to set up the environment variables.

But I don't really know what is in that install.sh file.

So we are back to square one, that is not knowing what is going on.
