Problem is that Packages-arch-specific only allows building on
i386/amd64 Debian CPU names, not on armel. It is in Debian because the
maintainer uploaded armel binaries, see
http://packages.qa.debian.org/c/cpuburn/news/20100717T130211Z.html
I've filed a buildd.debian.org bug to get it added to P-a-s in Debian;
I'll look at adding it to the Ubuntu branch in the mean time, then we
will need another upload or some help from Lamont.
The udeb delta is unrelated; I don't know whether it's a bug or not; I
mentioned it in the bug, Cc:ing the maintainer; thanks!

Binary package hint: cpuburn
The armel .deb files are missing from the archive. it seems they have not been
built. i checked in debian/sid and the armel .deb are available there.
also hrw tried to rebuild the package from source on armel machine, and the
packages built fine.
