The GLES2 extension string doesn't contain "GL_OES_texture_npot",
although it does contain "GL_IMG_texture_npot". GL_OES_texture_npot is
required by the Cairo GLES2 backend.
I am not sure if the two extensions are equivalent, as I am not able to
find any information on GL_IMG_texture_npot.
