Tested latest tilt-linux-linaro-3.1 again, but I'm still unable to play the vide unless I use video-sink="pvrvideosink sync=false".
Without it I get a lot of: WARNING: from element /GstPlayBin2:playbin20/GstPlaySink:playsink0/GstBin:vbin/GstAutoVideoSink:videosink/GstPVRVideoSink:videosink-actual-sink-pvrvideo: A lot of buffers are being dropped. More debugging tomorrow, will try both tilt-3.1 and sebjan's tree.
