The Transparent Inter Process Communication (TIPC) protocol enables
quick and reliable communication between applications in a clustered
computer environment, and is an emerging standard for messaging on
multi-core and multi-processor systems. Open Source TIPC software has
been incorporated into a number of operating systems, including the
Linux kernel and VxWorks.

We are pleased to announce the release of TIPC version 1.7.4 for Linux.
This release contains a number of enhancements and bug fixes to a
variety of areas of TIPC.
