I get in both cases the same output:
# tipc-config -ls=multicast-link

I set on startup the TIPC with this parameters:
# tipc-config -netid=1234 -a=1.1.7 -be=eth:eth0
> I've found that I had to increase the multicast

That I have tried but nothing has changed.
