A new document describing the basic steps involved in porting TIPC to a
new operating system is now available on the TIPC website (see
http://tipc.sourceforge.net/documentation.html).  Both HTML and text
versions are available.

This document is basically the same set of instructions I posted a few
days ago, but has been updated to correct a few minor issues pointed out
by Elmer Horvath and to clarify some areas a bit better.

As stated previously, let me know if there are things you would like to
see added or clarified.
