Thanks mostly to the efforts of Simon Pleau, the main TIPC web site now
sports a new and improved look! The main change is the addition of a
navigation bar on the left hand side to allow people to locate
information much more easily. In addition, some content has been
re-located and augmented to make it more user-friendly.
Please let me know if you find any problems with the new web site, or if
you have any suggestions for further improvements. (Don't bug Simon --
he's on to other things!) Also note that you may need to update any web
browser bookmarks you may have been using previously.
