What gives with these titles? I admit, when I first saw the first one (aggression in rats), I thought the APS was American Psychological Society but it turns out it's American Physiological Society. (I still don't understand why a physiological society was interested in aggression and now I'm questioning the reputability of this society)
But now, they've gone too far: MEN and WOMEN drinking EQUAL amounts of alcohol. Body size in rats is very sexually dimorphic with males of most strains much larger than females. The text didn't say "equal amounts of alcohol on a body weight basis", it just said "equal amounts of alcohol". With the body size difference, an equal amount of alcohol is bound to have a more severe effect in female rats than in males!
