Culturally-sensitive people will be aware that cod stocks have been sorely depleted in recent years due to over-fishing. Now most of us have switched over to turkey or ham. The beer does not have to be Molson, but it does have to be at least of proper Canadian strength in terms of alcohol content (5%), rather than the insipid, water-like substance consumed in some other countries. Or a fine wine from the Niagara peninsula or British Columbia would also do in a pinch. Best wishes Jim ============================================================================ James M.
