Karen, there is something in the works for this at the APA Education
Directorate (there's a draft out circulating among reviewers), and it DOES
include suggestions for technology standards. I don't remember if any of the
author team members are on TIPS. I can send you a list of the basics of the
proposed tech. standards, provided you remember that they are still very
tentative (apparently they got something like 190 reviews back and have to
start working through those).
