is there a distinction between truth and fact?
I would imagine if a schizophrenic sees a pink elephant
that would be a fact, but no pink elephants exist in nature.
It is the type of argument I see in distiniguishing between
 reliability and validity.
Reliability is a fact, but whether a constuct is valid
is another story.
