The "National Standards and Learning Outcomes for the Undergraduate
Psychology Major" are in draft form, sent out to a number of reviewers
(including myself). The APA Educational Directorate is working on them,
having assembled a task force consisting of

Because this is a draft document and I was merely one of the
reviewers, I don't think that it would be appropriate for me to send out
