Dear Colleagues, I am not terribly conversant with the research literature in this area so I need some assistance. In particular I would like to be directed to literature that may discuss the impact of gender on teacher evaluations. The limited knowledge that I have about this would suggest that women, in general, are evaluated more favorably than males that tach comparable courses. Is there any validity to this or is it a myth? Thanks in advance for your help.
