THE UNIVERSITY OF WEST FLORIDA'S--DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY: is seeking applicants to fill a tenured-track assistant professor position in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. The I/O track consists of three focus areas: Personnel Psychology, Human Factors, and Organizational Development. Those interested in the position will be expected to teach undergraduate and masters-level courses in the areas of Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, and I-O Psychology. The individual will also be responsible for the supervision of master's students on theses and internships. Special preference will be given to candidates who possess strong quantitative skills, have consulting experience, and could develop a course in organizational group dynamics. Candidates will have opportunities to work collaboratively with local and regional businesses, UWF's Institutes, and/or Military Research Laboratories. Salary range is $36,600 -$44,700. The University of West Florida is located on a 1,600-acre nature preserve, and just miles from the beautiful, white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast.
