In April 2001 the website was still active, the url I have is pretty much what you said - www.loshorcones.org.mx/behavanalysis.html A student of mine in a personality theories class got very interested in Skinner's stuff and the whole community, and ended up with a very interesting class presentation. While I still have a lot of what he printed out, I haven't tried the website in a while-- But, keep trying.
