I never do that in my classes but it is a common practice in the public schools. Homework, exams are switched and the teacher goes over the answers, students then mark the answers. This has been brought to the Supreme Court as some see it as disclosing confidential records to other students. The case came from the parents of a learning disabled student who was teased as a result of the other students learning about his/her scores.

Are there pros and cons to this practice?
