Sherry, I did a Google search on Kenneth Blum and found a sight for a product called beCALM'd. Here is the URL to the list of ingredients. http://www.iwr.com/becalmd/ingred.html You probably want to look around on the site for yourself to see the range of claims that are made about this "all natural supplement." It cures (well technically this "food for the brain...doesn't treat damage...it prevents it") almost everything including ADD/HD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders, and addictions.
