What % raises have you had in each of the last four years?
What % of your faculty are not tenure track, i.e., full time part time?
What is your summer teaching pay rate?
Is off site teaching voluntary or mandantory?
What formula do you use to determine the # of promotions & sabbaticals that your college is entitled to annually?
What is the $ raise for asst to assoc. prof? assoc. to full? Do you have merit raises and how many $ does the person get?
Any other info would be appreciated, including things you wish you had in your contract.
