Mikey, This is a very, very, very old joke and is usually used in reference to the football player who has to pass a math test in order to get to play in the "big game." It usually refers to a Notre Dame player where I'm from (we don't much like them), but can apply to any university you don't like. If you are trying to give a (partial) example of Sternberg's Triarchic theory of intelligence, it doesn't quite do it. I am going to see you in June unless you leave town.
