TIPSters, Because of university maintenance in the area of the TIPS server, TIPS will be down starting around 5 PM on Friday, March 22 till at least 5 PM Saturday, March 23. At least this is what I have been told, but based on previous experience, don't be surprised if TIPS is down longer. My guess is TIPS would be back up and running at least by Monday.
