Thanks for the responses. I am going to suggest to my class that they
review the program that is using these films in terms of the arguments
provided, persuasive tactics used, reasoning fallacies that may be
offered, nature of evidence presented and whether conclusions are
warranted based on that evidence. It is a class in adjustment, but
emphasizes critical thinking skills.
I agree the films and many presentations based on them are very popular
