The game is called "Eliza" or sometimes "Dr. Eliza." Last time I looked -- 
probably 2 years ago -- there were lots of versions posted on the web, in 
various software formats. A search will probably find some, and perhaps 
some interesting variations, like "Rachter" which simulates -- well, I'm 
not sure -- hebephrenic digression, maybe.
