Hi Tipsters -
For our accreditation, we have to come up with the following:
(a) a 2-sentence departmental mission statement
(b) 4-5 goals for the department
(c) how, on an annual basis, we will assess these goals (with 3-4
specific assessments for each goal).
I'd appreciate any thoughts from those of you with experience with
this or any examples you'd be willing to share from your own
department.
