Does anyone else use WizeUp as a source for ebooks for their classes? Worth Publishers markets the electronic version of The Developing Person Through The Life Span (5e) by Kathleen Stassen Berger, and other Worth textbooks, through WizeUp. I understand that some of the other publishers do the same.
I suspect that WizeUp has ShutDown. Students in my 8-week class that is about to start report that they are having trouble ordering the textbook online and that the Customer Support line shown on most of their pages are always busy. Email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] produces a bounce-back message. Calling the Customer Support/Technical Support number on the company's corporate Contact page ( http://www.wizeup.com/Corporate/cont.htm ) produces a most interesting outcome.
