Hank and others,

If my memory serves correct, the Little Albert study and the Little Peter
study are 2 different experiments. The Little Albert study was conducted by
Watson & Rayner, with the key test animal (CS) a rat. Unfortunately, the
study was terminated before Watson & Rayner could extinguish Albert's fear
to the rat.

The Little Peter study was conducted by Mary Cover Jones (1924). It involved
Peter and fear conditioning to a rabbit. Later, Jones conducted
counterconditioning with the rabbit and an appetitive US to eliminate the
fear responses to the rabbit.
