I'd move the test to Monday. You will be a hero forever and they will
be less stressed and angry. Life is too short.
In the long run, they may also remember more. It sounds like maybe they
did have a lot going on. 50 years from now, we'll be dead. I sometimes
have to step back and put my little life into perspective. The students
will be just fine in life, and maybe more prone to kindness
themselves.......
