What sort of qualifications are necessary in order to teach an undergraduate tests and measurements course? Are there a certain number of graduate courses that a instructor needs to have completed in order to teach this course? Does one need to be a clinical or counseling psychologist in order to teach this course? Does one need to be licensed?
