Our department is currently investigating the purchase of Survey Pro and
the NetCollect plug-in from Apian software for use by faculty and students
(primarily graduate, but also some undergraduates). For those that don't
know, this software is used for creating survey and test instruments. The
Net-Collect plug-in allows you to convert your survey into a web-based format.
I've been playing with the demo and have been impressed overall, but with a
couple of hesitations.
Before I share my experiences (in part because I just started playing with
it), I'd like to hear comments from others than have used Survey Pro, or
have chosen not to use it for some reason.
