I'm surprised that no one has mentioned Gustav Levine's "A Guide to SPSS
for Analysis of Variance."

Published by LEA in 1991, it's been on my bookshelf for the last ten
years.  For those of us who still use mainframe versions of SPSS, it is
worth its weight in gold when it comes to following up significant
interaction effects in just about every design imaginable.
