Sounds like this could very well be some kind of anti-interracial marriage propaganda.

In fact, genetic distance is one of the best things for health. Fewer recessive genes 
that can pair up and cause serious congenital conditions and inherited diseases that 
appear later in life.

Interracial marriages run a far better chance of offering such distance. The children 
of such unions are likely to be healthier than those of same race marriages - and 
ironically the Nazi dream of a "master race" based on restrictive "pure" breeding 
would likely have resulted in more individuals afflicted with inherited defects (as is 
seen in any breeding program where the gene pool is relatively small, as with 
livestock and purebred pets.)
