Hi Gang, I'm bringing up the rear on this question. I was out of town 4 days, but I pondered the question over the weekend. I don't have proof against the idea, but it does not square with my personal or professional experience. We know of one family with an interracial son who went off to college on an athletic scholarship. We know another family with an interracial daughter who has done well academically, both locally and in college. Several interracial celebrities seem to be doing very well: Vanessa L. Williams Halle Berry The daughter of Harry Belafonte Mariah Carey Tiger Woods The bottom line is there is not enough genetic difference between races to cause problems in children. The gene pools of all races are overwhelmingly similar. Bruce L.
