Marcie, I don't use a specific site that details the processes of memory, but I point my students to a number of sites that allow them to review different aspects of memory and applications of it. You can see these by going to the following schedule page of my intro course and scrolling down to the memory section. In the right-hand column are a few interactive sites (indicated by the yellow circles) and a few related articles (indicated by the regular buttons). Hope this helps.
