Greetings:
A colleague of mine asked me to forward the following request to the list. Please
send any responses directly to her. Thanks.
Bill
I am currently on a little information gathering quest and was wondering if I could
enlist the help of you guys! Our administration has recently stated that it is
considering changing the course repeat policy here to a system where you could repeat
any classes as many times as you wanted, only having the last grade count in the GPA.
We are interested in seeing what type of course repeat policies other
universities/colleges use. For example, do you have a certain number of classes that
can be repeated? How many times can they be repeated? How are GPAs calculated if
students repeat a course?
You can email your responses to me directly and if others are interested in the
findings I can post a summary. Thanks so much for your help!
