In the schizophrenia portion of a psychopathology class I once took, we were given a first-person account from someone with schizophrenia. It was about 1.5 pages long, and riveting. It came from a journal on that topic (schizophrenia) that seemed to include one such account in each issue, but i do not recall the name of the journal. I will look around for it, or perhaps someone else knows what I am talking about.
