There was a rumor about a tumor
Nestled at the base of his brain.
The usual story that has appeared in psychology texts is that the tumor was
near the amygdala.
Kinky seems to have it right. The autopsy report said there was evidence of
a tumor, but because of the damage caused by two shotgun blasts to the head,
it was difficult to determine the relationship of the tumor to nuclei or
tracts.
