Possible assignment: I worked, during my MFCC internship, as a 
bereavement counselor at a hospice. There were a wide range of 
opportunities, such as art therapy for the children in the family, group 
therapy (wives only, husbands only, mixed).

Most hospices have a training program for volunteers and are constantly 
looking for volunteers for respite services.
