I am offended by the tenor of your response to Allen's well worded response. It seems obvious that you are itching for another argument on semantics when the distinctions being discussed are central to the definition of intelligence in our field. Instead of asking people on this list to define what Gardner means by intelligence, read a book or article on the subject. At the very least, please try to understand the issue at a Psych 101 level before pursuing such sarcasm on this list. Talk about shadows and substance...
