I do not know anything myself about the relationship between bipolar
disorder and ADHD, however on NPR  this morning, I believe, a psychiatrist
reported that bipolar disorder in children was often misdiagnosed as ADHD.
If that is true, it makes it harder to answer the question if the truely
occur together or not.
