 After Stephen noticed that the URL that I posted yesterday didn't work 
I e-mailed the author.  I got this very quick response. The Google 
cached version worked for me just now.

Hi Rick,

I think that the www site is down at present - the computer people here at 
the CBU have been working on the unix system today. Can I suggest that you 
try again tomorrow at one or other of the following addresses:

or

http://www.mrc-cbu.cam.ac.uk/personal/matt.davis/Cmabrigde/

If this is still not working, could you send me an email to let me know. I 
would like to keep the www page working as much as possible. In the 
meantime, you could try the google cached version of the www page:
