Charles and others, I don't know if the following is directly relevant to your request, but just this weekend I attended the RCR expo in Pittsburgh which was sponsored by the Office of Research Integrity.  Folks representing health and academic institutions were there to introduce a variety of products that are at various stages of development and which range from entire RCR on-line courses, individual modules covering IRB issues, HIPAA issues, research misconduct issues, etc. (for brief descriptions of what was presented go to http://ori.dhhs.gov/html/programs/19_exhibitors.asp). Many of these resources are freely available on-line. 

I have URLs for some of these materials in school, but I am at home today.  If you or anyone is interested, I can post them tomorrow.
